HOW TO MAKE A TRANSPARENT TAG BACKGROUND
1. Go to Edit/copy/copy Merged
Now Take and Paste this above your background Layer in your image
Use your mover tool to line this up so that is correctly placed
It must be correctly lined up
2. Still on merged layer Under selections Tab do the following
A. select all,
B. select float.
C. Select defloat.
D modify expand 3
Keep selected.
4. Layers Palette/right click merged layer/add a new raster layer
Select dropper tool choose a light color from image
left click/foreground color
select the background layer
Flood fill the selection
Selections/select none
Delete the merged layer image layer and the background
You now have a transparent tag.
Now Take and Paste this above your background Layer in your image

2. Still on merged layer Under selections Tab do the following
A. select all,
B. select float.

4. Layers Palette/right click merged layer/add a new raster layer
Select dropper tool choose a light color from image

select the background layer
Flood fill the selection
Selections/select none
Delete the merged layer image layer and the background
You now have a transparent tag.
